Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently across all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.

Shipping Areas & Costs:

Cairo & Giza:

  • Delivery time: 1–4 business days
  • Shipping fee: 100 EGP

Alexandria & Beheira:

  • Delivery time: 1–4 business days
  • Shipping fee: 110 EGP

Delta Region (Sharqia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Ismailia, Kafr El Sheikh, Monufia, Port Said, Qalyubia, Suez, Gharbia):

  • Delivery time: 1–4 business days
  • Shipping fee: 120 EGP

Upper Egypt (Asyut, Beni Suef, Faiyum, Minya, Sohag):

  • Delivery time: 5–8 business days
  • Shipping fee: 130 EGP

Remote Areas (Aswan, Luxor, Matrouh, Qena, Red Sea):

  • Delivery time: 5–8 business days
  • Shipping fee: 140 EGP

Very Remote Areas (New Valley, North Sinai, South Sinai):

  • Delivery time: 8–12 business days
  • Shipping fee: 160 EGP

Order Confirmation:
Customers may be contacted to confirm the order before shipping. If there is no response, the order may be cancelled.

Important Notes:

  • Please make sure that the address and phone number are entered correctly.
  • If an order is refused more than once upon delivery, Cash on Delivery (COD) service may be suspended for the customer.

Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Payment:
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders within Egypt.
